EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns
We
accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a
return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with
all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once
we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If
approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Exchanges
We
are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to
availability. To request an exchange, contact us at infofenixstoreus@gmail.com
within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we will provide return shipping
instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the
exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product).
How to Start a Return or Exchange

3. Pack
the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once
received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If
you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with a photo of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and
